I didn’t know where else to post this, but I believe I have found the cure. Basically, when having sex, most people like to “flex” the PC muscle (muscle used to stop yourself from peeing). Many people flex this muscle to make sure that their penis stays hard and erect through out the sexual experience. Now for those who have premature ejaculation problems, try to have sex or masturbate without flexing these muscles. You will notice a great decrease in your urge to climax. Also if you have trouble controlling this PC muscle, then try to take very deep breaths through your nose while having sex or masturbating. Deeply breathing will relax these muscles and keep you from flexing them. Everyone says to do kegel exercises to prevent premature ejaculation, but it is quite the opposite. Kegel exercises only teach you how to prevent climaxing, BUT it does not reduce the sensitivity you feel on your penis which will then only force you to release.
